Installation Safety Standard: Always size circuit protection (ANL, MIDI, or MEGA fuses) to protect the cable run attached to these terminals against dead shorts and thermal overload, in compliance with AS/NZS 3001, AS/NZS 3004, and ABYC E-11 standards.

Official Product Manual & Wiring Guidelines

Manufacturer technical instructions, safety precautions, and troubleshooting procedures.

1. Safety Instructions

WARNING: HIGH VOLTAGE / ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD
Solar panels produce dangerous DC voltages even in low light conditions. Always cover panels with an opaque material during wiring. Never work on the system while panels are exposed to sunlight.
WARNING: REVERSE POLARITY
Connecting the battery or solar input with reversed polarity will permanently damage the unit and void the warranty. Double-check polarity before connecting.
CAUTION: CONNECT BATTERY FIRST
Always connect the battery terminals before connecting the solar panel. The controller detects system voltage (12V/24V/48V) from the battery. Connecting solar first may cause incorrect voltage detection or damage.
Note: The MPPT 75/15 includes a physical Load Output terminal that can disconnect DC loads under low-battery conditions. Do not exceed the 15A load output rating.
