1. Safety Instructions

WARNING: REVERSE POLARITY
Incorrect polarity will permanently damage the unit. Verify: IN to source battery positive, GND to common negative, OUT to service battery positive.

WARNING: FUSE BOTH CABLES
Install a 60–70A MEGA fuse on the IN cable and a 60A fuse on the OUT cable, each as close as possible to the respective battery.

CAUTION: NON-ISOLATED UNIT
The Orion XS 12/12-50 is non-isolated. The GND terminal is the single common negative shared between input and output. Do not install separate IN- and OUT- connections — they are internally joined.

VE.Direct Port: The Orion XS includes a VE.Direct port for integration with Victron GX devices.
