1. Safety Instructions

WARNING: REVERSE POLARITY
Incorrect polarity on any terminal will permanently damage the unit. Always verify IN connects to the source battery positive, GND to negative/chassis, and OUT to the service battery positive.

WARNING: FUSE BOTH CABLES
Install appropriately rated fuses as close as possible to the source battery (IN) and the service battery (OUT). A short circuit without fusing can cause fire.

CAUTION: NON-ISOLATED UNIT
The Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-30 Non-Isolated shares a common negative between input and output. The single GND terminal serves as the common negative for both sides.
