Official Product Manual & Wiring Guidelines

Manufacturer technical instructions, safety precautions, and troubleshooting procedures.

1. Safety Precautions

WARNING: BATTERY SHORT-CIRCUIT HAZARD
Lithium batteries store immense energy. A short circuit can deliver thousands of Amps, melting tools, causing explosions, or starting fires. Use insulated tools at all times.
NO DIRECT ALTERNATOR CHARGING
Do not connect the battery directly to an engine alternator. High current draws can damage the alternator or the battery's BMS. Always charge via an appropriate DCDC charger.
SERIES CONNECTION BANNED
Series connection is strictly prohibited. Connecting batteries in series will damage the internal BMS. Parallel connection of up to 4 identical units is supported.

General Operating Guidelines

  • Ensure the battery is securely mounted in a dry, ventilated area.
  • Operate and charge within the permitted temperature ranges: 0°C to 60°C for charging, and -20°C to 60°C for discharging.
  • Avoid mounting the battery in high-temperature engine bays.
